1. Successful Top-Ups

Once a top-up has been successfully delivered to the game account, it cannot be refunded or reversed.

2. Incorrect Account Details

Refunds will not be issued if the customer enters an incorrect User ID or Server/Zone ID.

3. Failed Transactions

If a payment is successful but the top-up fails due to a system error, the customer may contact support for:

Manual completion of the order, or

Refund of the payment

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. Fraudulent Activity

Orders suspected of fraud or payment abuse may be canceled without refund.
